Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Coordination & Follow-ups
    • Manage inquiries and follow up with potential academic and industrial clients regarding product offerings and training services.
    • Maintain CRM records and update the sales pipeline on a regular basis.
    • Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails.
  • Customer Engagement & Support
    • Act as the primary contact for pre-sales communication and post-training support.
    • Address initial queries related to training schedules, product catalogs, and onboarding procedures.
  • Marketing of Training Programs
    • Promote technical training offerings (VLSI, Embedded Systems, FPGA, IoT, AI) via email campaigns, college outreach, and event coordination.
    • Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and faculty development programs (FDPs).
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of client communications, order statuses, training registrations, and payments.
    • Prepare weekly sales activity reports and performance dashboards for internal review.
  • Event Coordination
    • Support logistics and client communications for technical exhibitions, college events, and training bootcamps.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination, client handling, or academic outreach (freshers may apply).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email etiquette.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Preferred: Experience with CRM tools, social media marketing, or ERP platforms.
