Residential Advanced Manufacturing Training Program for Graduate Trainee Engineers – 6-Month Duration

The Graduate Technical Engineer (GTE) Program is a six-month, fully residential skilling initiative designed to prepare engineering graduates for high-demand careers in Advanced Manufacturing. The program offers hands-on training in Mechatronics, Motion Control & Sensor Technology Automation, Robotics, and Industry 4.0, delivered through 13 cutting-edge laboratories spanning over 48,000 sq. ft., and equipped with more than 120 advanced tools, including AR/VR, IoT, and CIM systems.

Supported under CSR initiative of Bajaj Auto Ltd, the program provides up to 80% scholarship on the Total fee for initial batches, making it highly accessible to deserving candidates. The total internship fee per student includes:

• INR 18,000 for the course (Actual Fee is Rs. 90,000/-)
• INR 30,000 for accommodation and food (INR 5,000 × 6 months) after 50% Waivership

In addition to technical training, the curriculum emphasizes soft skills and English language development to boost overall employability. Participants gain real-world exposure through industry visits and hands-on projects, and graduate with dual certification from ASDC (Automotive Skills Development Council) and BEST@PESU, subject to rigorous assessments and a minimum 70% performance benchmark.
