As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a key supporting role in various HR functions while gaining hands-on experience in the practical aspects of people management and organizational development. Working closely with the HR team, you will assist in tasks across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and internal communication.
In recruitment, you will help draft job descriptions, post job openings on various platforms, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. You may also coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience. During the onboarding process, you will support the preparation of offer letters and orientation materials, assist with joining formalities, and help new employees get integrated into the organization.
You will be responsible for helping maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Your role may also include preparing HR reports, managing databases, and helping with attendance or leave tracking.
