TIE IT Consulting Services, a division of TakeItEasy Engineers (TIE), is a dynamic project consulting and talent development firm that bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world industry experience. Established as a natural extension of the TIE student community — one of Karnataka’s largest and most influential platforms for engineering students — the consulting wing focuses on delivering impactful internships, industry-aligned training, and real-time project exposure to aspiring engineers and graduates.

How TIE IT Consulting Works

TIE collaborates with startups, mid-sized firms, and enterprise clients to source live, outsourced projects in domains like Full Stack Development, Data Science, AI/ML, UI/UX, and more. These projects are then assigned to interns based on skill sets, availability, and project requirements. Interns work on modules of real products used by companies, not just dummy assignments.

Before working on client projects, interns undergo 200–400+ hours of project-specific pre-training in both technical and soft skills (such as DSA, business English, aptitude, communication, and project planning). This ensures they are industry-ready and able to contribute meaningfully.

Each intern or team is assigned mentors from the company or partner network (including professionals from MNCs like Amazon, Nvidia, etc.). Weekly reviews, project evaluations, and feedback sessions are conducted to ensure consistent progress.

TIE IT Consulting ensures NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and document verification processes are completed for all interns. This compliance guarantees confidentiality and legal protection for all stakeholders — a critical requirement, especially when working with sensitive client data or intellectual property.

TIE also conducts placement tests, profile building, and HR introductions, leveraging its vast alumni and HR network across India to drive employability.
