The Department of Biotechnology houses Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Computational Genomics to promote advanced research and innovation in the field. This initiative aims to foster interdisciplinary collaborations, support cutting-edge genomic data analysis, and train researchers in computational biology tools and techniques. The CoE will serve as a hub for integrating biotechnology and computational sciences to address critical challenges in health, agriculture and environmental genomics.
