The council established under section 8 company act 2013 registered with Ministry of corporate affairs, Govt. of India and NITI Aayog. The council is also registered with National Institute of Transforming India (NITI Aayog), MSME and Darpan. The council is also affiliated with Engineers Council of India- an authorized internship provider of AICTE. The council is associated with Visveswaraya Technological University as a knowledge Partner and Tamil Nadu Skill development Corporation.  The council is also associated with Indian Medical Association, Electronics Sector Skill Council of India etc. 

The council is the official Partner of Government of Netherland and Government of Mozambique for their medical and technical education. Its corporate office in India is at CB7, Indian Social Institute campus, Benson Road, Benson Town-560047. The council is well connected with Industries around the globe and pioneer in providing international internship for the Rural students of India under the banner of "Diamond Beneath Your feet' which is having huge appreciation from Government of India including Prime Minister of India.
