ekLakshya is a premier education and training company founded in 2007. We conduct training programs in the domains of VLSI, embedded systems, IoT and behavioural skills. Our  goal is to bring transformation to the lives of the learners by imparting technical and behavioural skills.

We use flipped classroom methodology extensively, by working with industry experts and using technology based solutions for scale. Our programs are built on principles of self learning, problem solving and hands on practice for skill building.

Our Pedagogy

We use flipped class room methodology extensively for all learning programs – i.e our corporate training programs and programs with academia. All technical programs have behavioral skill enhancement embedded into it to ensure growth and transformation of the learner. Problem solving and self learning habits are inculcated during the training program. Typically every concept has activities designed around it so that learning is deep. We also conduct  intensive behavioural skill programs with a basis on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Class room sessions are held to convey the concepts. But more importantly, for every concept learnt, activities are designed which reinforces the learning. The activities are fairly involved where analytical skills, team work, comprehension and presentation skills are developed. So it is not learning “by memory” but learning “by doing” “observing” and then internalizing”. Our unique assessment system is very comprehensive and provides a complete analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the learner, resulting in transformation on the learner.
